The Kilkenny office has a staff of twenty and is managed by John Ryan Managing Director who has over twenty years experience within the construction industry and Robert Nolan, a Director in the practice, who has over twelve years experience as a quantity surveyor.

Of particular relevance is the knowledge and experience the practice has gained in dealing with projects in the Kilkenny, Carlow and Wexford areas over the last number of years. They are currently working on a number of educational projects namely Gaelscoil Charman (value € 2.4 million), Clogeen National School (€ 1.5 million) together with a number of other type projects throughout these counties namely Bouremount Manor Hotel, Golf and Residential development (value € 110 million), Barrack street, Kilkenny and Whites hotel in Wexford.
