Paul Farrell   MRICS, ASCS
Paul Farrell commenced working with Nolan Ryan in 1999 having worked as an assistant quantity surveyor with V B Evans, a Belfast Quantity Surveying Practice. He has worked on a variety of projects in the Wexford and Kilkenny area.

Michael Carberry BE MIEI
Michael graduated witha bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from University College Dublin. He worked as a process engineer in the north american industry for six years and as chief engineer and director of operations in the food industry for 13 years. He joined Nolan Ryan in 1998 as project manager and was appointed director in 2005.

Áine Riordan  BSc, Dip Eng
Áine has over seventeen years experience in the construction industry in both Ireland and the UK . She worked as a Site based Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Resident Engineer before joining Nolan Ryan in 2000 as a Senior Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor. The projects that she has been involved in range from tunnelling, natural gas pipelines, railways, roads and bridges to main drainage and more recently, landfill.

Paul Hegarty   MRICS, ASCS, Dip (Project Mgt)
Paul graduated with a Diploma in Construction Economics from Bolton Street College of Technology in 1997 and a BSc Degree in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin, he qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2003. Paul has over eight years experience in the construction industry covering a wide variety of projects with particular emphasis on Mixed use developments, Residential, offices and high grade food and IT buildings. Paul heads up our inhouse risk management departments.

Dennis Carron   MRICS ASCS

Denis graduated with a Diploma in Construction Economics from Bolton Street College of Technology in 1997 and a BSc Degree in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin, he qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2003.
Denis joined Nolan Ryan as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2001 and was made an Associate Director in 2005 having over eight years experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and Australia.


Dennis Carron

He has acquired significant experience on the procurement of hospital, residential, historical buildings, multi-storey car parks and educational facilities.
Denis is involved in many sustainable developments and co-ordinates our network of sustainable specialist throughout the organisation.
