The Quality of our Service is of paramount importance to us in fulfilling our responsibility to provide an excellent service and retain our Clients confidence. Our high standards, which are valued by our Clients and fellow Consultants can be gauged by the large amount of repeat business we enjoy.
This high standard of service delivery originates from the many procedures
for controlling standards, including checking and monitoring
systems, which have evolved and developed in the practice since
its evolution. All these procedures are now contained in our
procedures manual
that forms
the basis for our quality assurance system. This system
mirrors the progression of a project from Cost Estimate Stage
to Final Account.
ISO 9000:2001 We are currently in the implementation phase of this process with a view to full accreditation in September 2006.
