It is important that whilst the theory must be understood and remembered,
the competency based approach tests the practical application
of such theories ensuring that our graduates become well rounded
individuals, in terms of their professional capabilities but
also in their personal demeanour and business acumen.
Our record speaks for itself, the vast majority of our graduates pass
their professional exams first time proving that our approach
to graduate training is effective and successful. We encourage
all our staff, both technical and non-technical to develop
beyond their core skills training and annual CPD requirements
to "broaden their horizons". Our training and development programmes cover both technical and personal
development skills. We recognise our staff are our unique selling
point and the key to the success of Nolan Ryan.
If you wish to be considered for one of our graduate places please
forward a copy of your curriculum vitae to: Cork, Dublin,
Limerick, Kilkenny, Waterford.
